Cascade's Health Coaches are also Cascade Centers EAP counselors, providing the ability to help employees using a “whole person” perspective. We are able to evaluate employees and direct them to appropriate services needed during their current stage in life. Whether employees are having concerns with mental health, emotional concerns, work / life balance, or physical health, Cascade can guide employees to services that will help achieve balance in all aspects of their lives.
Health Coaching qualification:
-- Full time salaried Cascade Centers staff
-- Master’s level behavioral health counselors
-- Certified by the National Society of Health Coaches
-- Trained in evidence based coaching
What members can expect from their Health Coach:
-- Discuss current health and wellness interests in detail
-- Assist in developing a personalized wellness plan based on goals
-- Provide educational materials and screened referrals to support the wellness plan
Health Coaches can be made available onsite, for a wellness campaign, or to follow up with members who have participated in biometric screenings. Coaches are also available onsite, or for at an event.
